Interactive smart boards are the latest technology in the field of education and an essential requirement for the students in the present scenario of world wide competition with a view to make the students smarter. Interactive system has in-built lesson-plans and ready-made questions and answers sheet as well as audio-visual material for all subjects. Interactive System provides students with different types of learning abilities through worksheets, challenging questions sheets, important activities, quizzes and projects for all categories students. This system has provided a good process of complete integrated teaching-learning process.

The school library is one of the hallmarks of the school. It serves as store house to inculcate reading habit amongst students. Renowned works of Fiction, Classics, Self Help Books, Science & Technology Periodicals, and Journals related to history, culture, exploration along with selected local and national dailies will be housed here. All articles in the library are carefully scanned and selected to ensure the correct development of the students. E-library facility is also provided for students to search for relevant information.

SPORTS

Event & Competitions:

GIPS offers many co-curricular activities to create a positive learning environment which provides students the freedom to learn, grow and to be what they ought to be. A child needs both, freedom and discipline.
The school promotes multi-dimensional activities and competitions that include - elocutions, debates, spellathon, slogan writing, creative writing, recitation, story narration, quiz, best out of waste, drawing, rangoli making, fancy dress and role play.

Sports

GIPS have sports amenities for indoor and outdoor games. The different indoor games played by the students are carrom, chess, table tennis etc and the outdoor games like football, hockey, cricket, basketball, badminton, volley ball, throw ball, hand ball etc. Sports helps in developing the spirit of competitiveness among students.A systematic and planned curriculum enables the students to take part in various sports disciplines identifying the potential of each child. Efforts are made to help and nurture the talents of the children.

Bus Facilities

GIPS have excellent fleet of 20 buses covering the entire city of Gwalior with stops at regular intervals for picking up students and teachers. The school runs brand new buses follows the norms laid down by the RTO department and are spacious with a capacity to accommodate 40 students per bus. Navigation system GRPS is installed in the buses for easy tracking.

INFIRMARY

Infirmary and basic medical facilities are the key features of GIPS school. The clinic can handle panic situations by providing immediate relief in the form of first-aid. Apart from this it also conducts regular medical check up of the students and maintains health cards. The school also has tie-up with local hospital situated near to school where beds are reserved for our school children for emergencies.
